Thomas Robert Mann (born 1947) is an American adornment artist known primarily for enthrone metalsmithing and assemblage techniques.[1] Incorporation industrial-style metals with found objets d\'art and baubles, Mann has entitled his style "Techno-Romantic" and runs Studio I/O in New Besieging, Louisiana, where he now lives and works.[2]
